American Maplan offers different die systems for fence production:

• Adapted pipe head technology with 'as desired' die sets. This system has capstock thickness control of +/- 0.004" total range around perimeter and +/- 0.0075" wall thickness control with no tuning required
• Standard pipe die heads with round pin and bushing set with the 'pipe' then stretched over a pre-former to develop the desired shape
• Unique dual-strand co-extrusion block only requires one co-extruder to uniformly feed both strands
• Historical profile style dry calibration and calibration table equipment
