The range of AMC multiple caterpillar haul-offs is designed to meet every demand.
The machines are equipped with two tracks or multiple tracks, up to 12. These caterpillar combinations are engineered for pipes with outside diameters between 20 mm and 1600 mm.
Differential clutches on each caterpillar ensure a uniform distribution of the haul-off force to all the caterpillars, avoiding strains in the drive chain and preventing overloading of the gearboxes.
Other performance features:
- Exact synchronization of all the caterpillars attributed to the AC servo drive on each track
- Rubber pads vulcanized directly onto the chain links. On the R 800/6 models and larger, we use bolted V-shaped pads for consistent pulling force
