• The splitting of the process engineering unit into two separate stages guarantees controlled and monitored material compounding:
• 1st stage: Plasticizing, homogenization, dispersion
• 2nd stage: Discharge of the melt with simultaneous shaping

Dispersion ring:

The development of the split roller barrel with a dispersion ring in the center allows the cross-section of the flow channel to be altered.
The desired plasticizing and dispersion performance can be set according to the material. In this way, the numerous PVC, PVC blend and thermoplastic polyolefin pellet materials can be produced with a precisely defined machine configuration.
A freely selectable number of planetary screws in the feed and discharge sections allows more specific tuning to the production requirements.
