The Technical Service Department of AMC is dedicated to customer support before, during and after the sale.

The services available include onsite machine commissioning, onsite and inhouse training, troubleshooting assistance via telephone, and prompt service calls to the customer location.
The AMC Technical Service Lab can provide compound analysis for abrasion and rheometric (Brabender) tests on many PVC compounds.

In addition the Technical Service Group in coordination with sales and marketing can provide specialized product run demonstrations and evaluations at our demonstration facility.
